Training for your next 5K? Want to start running the right way?
Join us this weekend with The Movement where we will guide you on the path with tips to help you on your journey! Practice striding with us and learn how to move well while running! We will focus on teaching you breathing techniques/rhythms as well as how to prevent pain and injury while running.
