We have a background in a variety of physical therapy treatments and techniques to help get you back to doing the things you love. We provide a unique and personalized physical therapy experience using hands-on, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. From being able to sit at work without leg pain, to lifting without shoulder pain, and everything in between—together, we will define your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. We are involved in your care at every step along your journey.

Do you want a personalized exercise program to help you stay healthy and active?
Are you a runner who needs guidance on what strength exercises you should be doing to help prevent injury?
We will create a graded, personalized exercise program based on your current level of fitness and/or injury status. Our focus is on safe exercise progression and injury prevention so that you can thrive with lifelong activity and recreation. Exercise programming can be done remotely or in-person.

Do you suffer from nagging pains when running?
Do you want to make improvements to your running that may help you PR your next race?
Running analysis is a package of two sessions. In the first session, you will go through comprehensive movement and running gait assessments. In the second session, we will review your results and go over specific gait retraining strategies and a personalized exercise plan. You will receive a handout with all of your results, exercises, and strategies to improve your running gait.
You can add on additional session(s) (optional) to reassess and compare results or opt into a package for full, guided gait retraining.
Running analysis can be performed in-person or remotely. Remote running analysis is available to anyone in the United States. Guided gait retraining is available in-person only.

Returning from injury but do not know the best way to progress your running to minimize re-injury?
Don’t need the 1:1 coaching & accountability but want a more personalized training plan?
Plans are personalized specifically for you based on your training profile and are designed to help you achieve your goals safely. Plans can be developed for general fitness/base building, for increasing speed, for completing a marathon, and any running goals in between. You determine your goal(s), and we write the plan!

We offer remote coaching and programming for runners of any level to anyone throughout the United States. You will receive a personalized training plan to help you achieve your specific running goals. We make weekly modifications based on feedback for each run. You will have weekly coaching calls and unlimited written communication to address any questions or concerns throughout your training.
